Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-25
By using cerver.ai, you agree to these terms. They're as short and clear as we can make them. Questions: [email protected].
What this is
Cerver.ai is a session-layer API for AI apps and agents — sessions, sandboxed compute, and a secret bridge to your Infisical vault. By creating an account or using the trial flow at /try, you accept these terms.
Accounts
- You need an account to use anything beyond
/try.
- One person per account. Don't share credentials.
- Don't sign up if you're under 13.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including by anyone you give credentials to.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Generate or distribute illegal content, malware, or anything that violates a third party's rights.
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our internal infrastructure.
- Use the LLM providers we route to in violation of THEIR terms (Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, Google).
- Spam, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.
- Use the trial flow for anything other than evaluation. One trial per person.
We can suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules. We'll usually explain why.
Your responsibilities (BYO keys)
- You bring your own LLM keys, compute providers, and secrets vault. The model provider bills YOU directly.
- Your provider API keys are your responsibility. If a key in your Infisical leaks because you gave it to someone, that's on you.
- Rotate API keys you suspect are compromised. The dashboard lets you delete + recreate them.
Service availability
- v1 is best-effort. No formal SLA yet.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice.
- Scheduled maintenance happens. We try to minimize disruption.
Pricing
- Today, cerver is free.
- When we start charging, we'll give you notice and the option to opt out before any bill hits.
- Under the BYO-keys model, you continue to pay your own provider bills regardless of what we charge.
Termination
- You can delete your account at any time — email us.
- We can terminate access if you violate these terms. We'll usually explain why.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it's bug-free, error-free, available at all times, or that it'll do what you want it to do.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to whatever you've paid us in the past 12 months — which today is zero.
Indemnification
If your use of cerver gets us sued, you're responsible for defending us against that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll email you about material changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
